Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. A charge of 50% of the registration fee may be made for cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 14 days of the conference start date.
A limited number of tickets are available for the Welcome Dinner on Wednesday 11 September. To purchase please contact email@example.com for the access code. Simply entry the code on the bookings page to reveal available tickets.
Presentations available for sharing with delegates will be available as a PDF link from the appropriate Presenters page and released by Friday 20 September 2019.
Due to copyright restrictions and the individual Intellectual Property of Presenters, some presentations may not be available to delegates after the event. This is beyond the control of VicWater, however we will assist where possible to connect you with the presenter/s for further assistance.
By registering for a VicWater event, participants understand and agree that they may be photographed, filmed, quoted, and/or recorded at VicWater events and these may be used in VicWater publications and promotional materials. If you do not wish your image to be used, please make it known to us.
